Eutelsat OneWeb offers an innovative solution for connectivity in isolated areas or areas poorly covered by traditional mobile networks. Using terrestrial satellite links, Eutelsat OneWeb enables operators to deploy 3G, LTE and 5G services in rural, mountainous or island communities, as well as in harsh environments such as mines, oil rigs or industrial sites. In this way, Eutelsat OneWeb is helping to reduce the digital divide, which affects almost half the world’s population without access to broadband Internet. Eutelsat OneWeb also offers flexible, integrated network management, ensuring seamless transition between different link systems.
